Coaching, Training & Mentorship

Most brokerages define training as a login to a video library. That is not training, that is homework.

Whether an agent is beginning a new career, rebuilding momentum, or pursuing the next level of production, Ed provides the training, structure and encouragement needed to succeed.

What Ed works on with agents

  • Prospecting that produces conversations, not just activity
  • Setting and securing more listing appointments
  • Winning the listing presentation and obtaining more listings
  • Handling objections with confidence
  • Converting more transactions to closing
  • Building a predictable, profitable business with a written plan of action
  • Personal accountability for executing that plan

Learn from a nationally recognized trainer

Our agents are trained and mentored by Edward “Ed” Escobar, Director of Training for Real Estate Plan and co-founder of the Sweathogs® program, whose systems have trained more than 130,000 agents across North America. See Ed’s full profile above.

That is not a recorded video course. It is live, structured coaching on the skills that actually move production: prospecting, setting appointments, the listing presentation, objection handling, negotiation and follow-through — combined with personal accountability for the plan you build together.

Direct access to the broker-owner

You are not routed to a team leader who is competing with you for listings. Alexander Rubinstein has more than three decades in this market as a broker, investor, licensed contractor and certified remediator, and he takes agent calls.

When you are sitting in front of a complicated seller and you need an answer about a violation, a probate, a reverse mortgage or a structural problem, you get it in real time rather than after the appointment.

Real Estate Plan University

Our internal training program covers the full arc of the business: lead generation and farming, the listing system, contract to close, and the specialty tracks — probate and estate, foreclosure and short sale, distressed property, rentals and property management, and senior services.

At Real Estate Plan: Nobody hands you a desk and wishes you luck. New agents follow a structured onboarding path through their first ninety days, with defined activities and weekly accountability.

Accountability that is actually useful

Regular one-on-one production reviews, role-play, listing presentation practice and call coaching. We track the leading activities that predict closings, not just the closings themselves, so problems get corrected while there is still time to change the outcome.

Why Coaching Is the Difference

A split can be matched. A system takes decades.

Any brokerage in this market can offer you a higher split, hand you the same CRM, or sell you the same portal leads. None of that changes whether you know how to fill a calendar with listing appointments.

What Real Estate Plan offers instead is the combination that is genuinely hard to replicate: decades of sales training, listing systems, objection handling, accountability and coaching experience — sitting on top of a full-service ecosystem that gives you a real story to tell in the appointment. That is the moat, and it is the reason our agents produce.

Agent Accountability Standard

The 90-Day Production Commitment

Coaching only works if both sides show up. Every incoming agent enters a written 90-Day Production Commitment, so expectations are clear from the first week rather than negotiated later.

  • A completed business plan and production target
  • Weekly coaching and accountability participation
  • A daily prospecting block with defined lead sources
  • CRM and database use with follow-up discipline
  • Listing presentation certification
  • Weekly activity reporting
  • A minimum annual production goal of 6+ transactions for newly licensed agents

This is not a hurdle designed to screen people out. It is the structure that turns activity into transactions — and it is what separates agents who build a business from agents who renew a license.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

I am newly licensed. Is this a fit?

Yes, if you are willing to prospect. New agents get the structured onboarding path and mentorship, and our in-house teams let you compete on listings well above your experience level.

Is training an extra cost?

Coaching, mentorship and the internal training program are part of joining. We will lay out the full economics, including any tools you elect to use, before you sign anything.
